Paris/Brussels, 3 September 2009 – Today Getronics and Diadeis announce their agreement on Getronics selling its subsidiary Infotechnique to Diadeis.

This agreement results within the framework of Getronics’ strategy to concentrate on its portfolio of providing ICT services in the specific workspace management services, connectivity, datacenters, and consulting and to disengage activities not entering in the activity consolidation.

Infotechnique is a company specialised in digitising and document process outsourcing, with its activities in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Infotechnique has a revenue of 12 M€ and employs 80 persons.

Infotechnique is enlarging the geographic presence of the Diadeis Group and reinforces its proximity to the European Institutions, like the European Commission or the Publications Office.
The expertise of the Diadeis Group in the domain of digitalisation will be of benefit to Infotechnique enabling them to offer the range of Diadeis services to its own clients.

This acquisition makes the Diadeis Group one of the leading players of digitalisation in Europe, with a revenue of 30 M€.
