Since December 2006, APX Belgium is a 100% subsidiary of Getronics Belgium. After a smooth transition during 2007 the activities of APX Belgium were successfully integrated into the strategy of Getronics Belgium. This was first translated through the integration of the commercial activities with a 30% growth year on year since 2007. We also have progressively build up other synergies mainly in the operations in order to sustain further growth. Both companies are now aligned and we have the pleasure to announce that as of 1 January 2011 APX Belgium NV will be merged by absorption into NV Getronics Belgium SA in order to support further growth.

NV Getronics Belgium SA will take over by right all of the assets and liabilities of APX Belgium NV, including but not limited to: the full extent of the rights and obligations, title and interest, under and pursuant to the agreements concluded by APX Belgium NV.

As a consequence, as of 1 January 2011, NV Getronics Belgium SA (and no longer APX Belgium NV) will be considered as your only contracting party.
